Once a tenant has viewed a property and has decided to proceed with the letting we will start the process of arranging a comprehensive advanced tenant reference as we believe that tenant referencing is the fundamental foundation to securing the best tenant.

Before commencing with the tenancy the tenant will need to obtain satisfactory references. We will use the services of an independent referencing agency to obtain and evaluate these references. Personal & photographic identification will also be collated , such as a passport or driving licence. All of our packages include free tenant referencing..
 
 
A typical reference would evaluate the following:
 
  • 6 Year credit history check
  • Address verification and linked address summary
  • Employment and income verification
  • Previous landlord reference and verification
  • Credit score
  • Affordability analysis
  • Guarantor validation and suitability check
  • Right to Rent compliance
  • Results accepted and approved by DAS
